Responsibilities:
- Analyze payment product data and processes, identifying problems and recommending solutions to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key product indicators, identifying trends and growth opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed on industry trends.
- Create and manage dashboards to extract insights from data.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyze payment data.
- Participate in the product development lifecycle and prepare necessary documentation for delivery teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analysis outcomes in reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Fluent written and spoken English at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
