Ghana: Police Launch Traffitech-GH to Enhance Highway Site visitors Security

Bolgatanga — The Motor Site visitors and Transport Division (MTTD) of the Ghana Police Service (GPS), at the side of the Nationwide Highway Security Authority (NRSA), has developed an automatic system, christened, “Traffitech-GH”, to streamline the enforcement of highway site visitors legal guidelines and laws to enhance highway security in Ghana.

Talking at a stakeholders assembly held in Bolgatanga, capital of the Higher East Area, the Director of Training, Analysis and Coaching on the MTTD of the Ghana Police Service, Chief Superintendent Alexander Kwaku Obeng, stated the Traffitech-GH system which had been designed by the Ghana Police Service, in collaboration with different main stakeholders within the nation, notably the NRSA, would discover the antidote to the ever rising preventable crashes, “with its attendant harm to property, accidents to individuals and the fatalities that include it”.
