Job description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Task Mining team and contribute to the development of our Task Mining solution. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building new features, enhancing the reliability, and improving the performance of our software. You will work closely with our largest customer based in North Carolina, collaborating with their technology department to understand their setup and address their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop highly performant and scalable backend and desktop components to enhance our Task Mining software.
• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of end-to-end solutions for our customers.
• Increase the maintainability, reliability, and robustness of our software through continuous improvement efforts.
• Automate development processes to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Document procedures, concepts, and share knowledge within the team and across departments.
• Manage complex requests from support, finding technical solutions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.
• Work directly with our largest customer, understanding their system in detail, and providing support to improve their setup as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience building Java applications and/or .NET desktop applications.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, C#, and .NET framework.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed microservice architecture.
• Strong skills in monitoring and log analysis capabilities (e.g., Datadog).
• Experience in writing and setting up tests (unit and integration tests).
• Ability to supervise and coach junior and mid-level colleagues.
• Experience interacting with customers and understanding their technical requirements.
