Overview: Valleyview Super Station is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, determining merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credits policies, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and resolving any problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold
- Implement price and credits policies
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with staff and customers.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Ability to analyze data, interpret reports, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
