In this role, you will provide support to senior leaders, ensuring that meetings, events, and activities are executed accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars across different time zones, coordinating international travel arrangements including visas and expenses, handling project management tasks, and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. Additionally, you will assist in administrative support for Brand Leaders and collaborate on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Qualifications for senior business assistant
- Strong administrative and IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage complex situations autonomously
- Proactive with a “can do” attitude and strong ownership of tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Previous experience in administrative assistant roles supporting senior management
- Commercial diploma “CFC” or equivalent work experience
- Advanced computer skills including SAP and Concur
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Diplomacy, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information
