Job description

Silo Ridge Field Club is seeking a Steward/Dishwasher to join the Food & Beverage Culinary Department. This position offers H2B visa sponsorship for the period of April 1st, 2024, to November 15th, 2024, with in-country extensions available. As a Steward/Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and employees.

Key Responsibilities of steward/dish washer

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchenware.
• Maintain sanitation standards in kitchen work areas.
• Set up china, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets.
• Participate as a team player and attend department meetings as necessary.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Assist with departmental objectives and goals.
• Maintain equipment and ensure proper handling.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all government, safety, health, and security standards.

Qualifications for steward/dishwasher

• Three months prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
• Culinary Degree/Certification(s) or relevant on-the-job experience recommended.
