The care homes provided by Savas Foundation offer a safe and comfortable environment where each client has their own private apartment. In most cases, round-the-clock support is available. The dedicated employees take care of the clients’ everyday life at different stages, ensuring their well-being.

Requirements:

  • Social or healthcare education
  • Work experience in these fields is considered an advantage
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive and value-based approach to work
  • Availability for 24-hour care, 7 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients in their daily activities
  • Providing basic care
  • Supporting participation, inclusion, and communication
  • Performing household chores
  • Ensuring meals are taken care of
  • Assisting with clients’ activities and medical treatments

Working in the care homes involves morning, evening, and night shifts, with a weekly working time of 38 hours and 15 minutes. Vacations and other benefits are determined in accordance with the Avaintyönantajat Avainta Ry collective agreement.

Salary

The basic gross salary ranges from 2200–3300 €/month, depending on work experience and position. Additional compensation is provided for evenings, nights, weekends, and other applicable labor agreements.
